1:1 Clarity Session

This first session is a space to connect, explore what you’re currently moving through, and feel into whether this work is aligned for both of us.

We’ll begin uncovering:

• patterns

• emotional loops

• internal resistance

• areas where you feel stuck or disconnected

This session is less about “fixing” and more about creating clarity and awareness around what’s truly happening beneath the surface.

 

Ongoing Coaching

Private 6-Month Coaching Container — $9,000

(Recommended for deeper transformation)

One private session per week
Up to 60 minutes each session
6 months of consistent guidance and support

Real change rarely happens in a single conversation.

The deepest transformation comes through consistency, honesty, reflection, and learning how to stay present with yourself over time.

This container is designed for people who are truly ready to:

• break long-standing patterns

• create lasting internal change

• deepen self-awareness

• reconnect with clarity and direction

• build a life that feels aligned from the inside out

This work is not about dependency.

It is about helping you strengthen trust within yourself.

 

Single Follow-Up Sessions — $500

60 Minutes

For those who prefer occasional support after the initial session.

These sessions are best for:

• continued guidance

• deeper exploration

• integration work

• clarity during life transitions

 

Extended Guided Visualization Sessions - $750

1–3 Hours

(Time is not rushed.)

These sessions are designed to help uncover and re-pattern deeper layers of conditioning, emotional imprinting, and subconscious beliefs.

This is slower, deeper work.

I do not watch the clock during these sessions.

I stay present with what is unfolding and guide accordingly.

Every session is unique.

You must genuinely want change.

Not just the idea of it.

I will show up fully for our sessions.
I will guide, reflect, ask questions, and help you look deeper within yourself.

But I cannot do the work for you.

This process requires honesty, accountability, and willingness outside of our calls as well.

You already carry the answers within you.

My role is to help you hear them more clearly.
