Drawings and mockups are where vision meets reality. They allow us to explore direction, refine ideas, and—just as importantly—understand the rhythm and duration of construction before we begin. It’s far more efficient (and cost-effective) to shape a design on paper first, while staying open to thoughtful shifts and adjustments that improve flow and honor the space itself along the way.

Materials, finishes, and precision details all play a major role in shaping the final budget. The custom, creative, and artistic projects I specialize in require experience, vision, and a high level of technical understanding to execute properly. I thrive when working with clients who value being original with functionality, craftsmanship, and intentional design.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that designs don’t live on paper—they live in real space. Measurements don’t always translate perfectly from plan to build, which is why it’s essential that builders remain flexible, aware, and deeply connected to the vision. The most successful projects happen when design and execution move together as one.
