Before & After

Here are some before-and-after photos of a full home remodel we completed, with a total T&M of approximately $600,000. This project was both complex and rewarding—at peak times, there were up to 30 skilled professionals on-site, all coordinated like an orchestra, with me as the maestro guiding the rhythm of the work.

One of the highlights of this project was the ability to have so many crews working at once. The house was spacious enough to allow everyone to move freely, collaborate seamlessly, and maintain a positive, productive energy. Working on a site where everyone gets along and respects one another’s craft makes the process as joyful as the final result.

I’ll never forget one day in particular: we were setting a massive beam, estimated at 750 pounds. Watching the different trades working together—communicating, lifting, adjusting, and supporting each other in moving this beam—was both beautiful and heartwarming. Moments like these are why I love what I do: seeing a vision take shape with precision, care, and what often feels like divine timing.
